We are establishing a cohort of CEOs and senior executives (C-Level) to provide personal and strategic support to 20 high school principals from the Atid network. This is an opportunity to serve as a partner in a strategic process with a secondary school principal in the periphery (middle schools and high schools, ranging in size from 100 to 1,500 students).

The goal of the process:

To support the resolution of complex managerial challenges across multiple areas (human capital, budgeting, differentiation, implementation of AI and technologies in schools, connection to industry, and more), and to bring a culture of execution and innovation from industry into the education system.

We are looking for experienced leaders who want to make an impact and help school principals lead meaningful change.

Roles we are seeking:

Partners – process-oriented mentorship:

CEOs and senior executives (C-Level, VP) from high-tech and industry with over 5 years of management experience. Leaders with experience in leading processes, people, and strategy.

Advisors – focused, cross-cutting consulting:

Expert advisors (marketing, product, technology, BizDev) for targeted support, with flexible time commitment, at the volunteer’s discretion.

Scope:

- Training (in-person): January 12 in Michmoret (40 minutes from Tel Aviv)

- Monthly enrichment Zoom sessions (optional)

- In-person closing meeting in May
