We are looking for C-level executives from the tech industry to provide one-on-one strategic mentorship to their counterparts in local governments.

As part of the program, each volunteer partners with a senior leader in a local authority to tackle a significant strategic challenge, bringing knowledge, tools, and methodologies from the tech sector to help build long-term organizational capabilities.

What does the mentorship include?

• Assessing the current situation and identifying key challenges.
• Developing a strategic work plan with clear goals and success metrics.
• Providing ongoing guidance throughout implementation and the adoption of new ways of working.
• Strengthening leadership capabilities, data-driven decision-making, and modern management practices.
• Building sustainable management processes and organizational infrastructure that will continue to serve the local authority beyond the mentorship period.
