In partnership with ORT Israel, we run a dedicated program to strengthen science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) education across its schools.

In the first phase, we recruited volunteer leaders—senior tech professionals who work closely with school principals to develop an annual action plan for strengthening STEM education.

We are now recruiting for the next phase:

For each school, we are building a team of around 15 volunteers who will put the action plan into practice throughout the school year.

There are several ways to volunteer:

1. Personal mentoring
Support an individual student or a small group over time, offering guidance, answering questions, and providing inspiration.

2. Hackathon mentoring
Guide and mentor student teams as they tackle problem-solving and innovation challenges.

3. In-class support
Help students practice and reinforce what they learn in STEM classes.
