Participation in the Annual Local Government Cadets Conference

At a time when educational challenges are more complex than ever, community resilience requires rebuilding, and local businesses are working to recover, we recognize that our greatest strength lies in collaboration.

We invite you to take part in a unique opportunity for direct and meaningful engagement with Local Government Cadets who serve in key positions across municipalities throughout Israel. Together, we will explore how cross-sector partnerships can help address some of the most pressing challenges shaping the lives of communities across the country.

The Local Government Cadets Program serves as a public leadership community, connecting people, municipalities, and initiatives from across Israel with the goal of strengthening local government and creating lasting impact at the community level.

To support this mission, we are looking for senior technology leaders (C-level executives and equivalent) who are interested in facilitating a roundtable discussion with approximately 10 cadets on some of the most critical issues facing local government today.

What does participation involve?

  • A willingness to lead a meaningful discussion with Local Government Cadets who hold key positions and drive change within municipalities.
  • Facilitating a roundtable of approximately 10 cadets using a technology-enabled methodology focused on a predefined topic such as education, economic development, community resilience, and more.
  • Participation in a one-hour online preparation session on June 29, 2026, at 11:00 AM.
  • Participation in the conference on July 6, 2026, from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Herods Hotel in Tel Aviv.
